Progress through 8 weeks to improve your lifts by utilizing complexes and positional work to improve technique.
This program features plenty of strength and accessory work to get you all around strong.
On a daily basis you will work to rep maxes and complete back off sets.
I have used this program or a variation of it with dozens of lifters to great effect.
Difficulty: Moderate to high due to frequent training sessions.

The program looks awesome but do you have any general recommendations to pare it down to 4 days/week (i.e. most important days and/or exercises)? Understand that individuals would look to focus on different aspects to bring up deficiencies, so these recommendations would extend to a general case. Thanks!
Take out Day 6 and day 3. They are really just practice days, the other days are the ones that will get you stronger.

I’m newer to oly weightlifting and not as familiar with the ways the reps/sets are written out. Can you explain what #/# means? For example if day 1 says 60/3 in the left column then x3 in the right, what does that mean?
